About
It's A Beautiful Day refers to a TikTok song sung by a young Jamaican boy named Rushawn Ewears in a school setting with the primary lyrics, "Lord I thank you for sunshine / Thank you for rain / Thank you for joy / Thank you for pain / It's a beautiful day." The boy singing the song went viral on TikTok in late 2022 but was originally posted in 2017 on Facebook by the page of Jamaican school Top Hill Primary School. The original song is titled "Beautiful Day" by Jermaine Edwards, however, the viral video of the boy became more notable after many musicians remixed his singing, such as U.K. drill rapper Prinz and DJs TRINIX.
