In January of 2009 TF2 came out with the Heavy version of the "Meet The Team" Series, "Meet the Heavy".
One of his quotes became so popular it is now used a a Youtube meme in the TF2/Gmod Video community.
In this video he quotes
"she weighs one hundred fifty kilograms and fires two hundred dollar, custom-tooled cartridges at ten thousand rounds per minute, costing four hundred thousand dollars to fire this weapon for twelve seconds".
A very popular example of this meme is the top rated comment on that video itself.
Searching for part of the quotes provide alot of comments with ranges of use.
