The man recording seems to be making fun of the man for wearing the shirt. The video's caption read, "Bruh who TF sold shwty dis shirt." Over five days, the video received over 286,100 likes.

Instagram^[2] user @leanopp and X^[3] user @hoodheresies07 also shared the video on August 28th, receiving over 51,300 likes and 24,000 likes, respectively, over five days. It's unclear which user shared the video first on that day.
