In parodies of the image, the literal meaning of the shirts are translated into explicit language.

On November 22nd, 2020, Twitter user @dylaneatswings[2] posted the picture, saying, "I hate these can u imagine if gay people invited their family over for a party so they could wear shirts that said “the cum came from HERE and went THERE!” my family would never speak to me again," gaining over 19,000 retweets and 211,000 likes (shown below).
