The video was a duet with rapper Dax dressed as Joker. In late 2025, a different Joker Open Verse Challenge video called Clock Strikes 12, Midnight Arrives resurfaced in viral memes, inspiring new interest in the I'm Not in Pain video. In October and November 2025, several video edit memes, Accuracy Reenactments and animation memes focused on the I'm Not in Pain video. Many compared it to the Clock Strikes 12, Midnight Arrives video and discourse ensued over which duet was better.

On December 8th, 2022, TikToker^[1] @nottclay posted a TikTok duet with rapper Dax's Joker Open Verse Challenge video by singing, "I'm not in pain (No!), I don't know where you got that info from but it's false." Over three years, the video received roughly 1.1 million likes.

In October 2025, the Clock Strikes 12, Midnight Arrives video, a Joker Open Verse Challenge duet posted by TikToker^[3] @_ellie_shaw in 2022, resurfaced in viral memes on TikTok. In turn, others resurfaced the I'm Not in Pain video.

For instance, on October 21st, 2025, TikToker^[2] @.moonshiner5 posted a mash-up of Clock Strikes 12, Midnight Arrives and I'm Not in Pain, writing in a text overlay caption, "Is this the best mash-up of 2025?" Over 13 days, the video received roughly 512,100 likes.

On October 22nd, TikToker^[4] @sundotsno1fan reposted the original I'm Not in Pain video, writing in a text overlay caption, "Me while everyone is glazing 'the clock strikes 12.'" Over 12 days, the video gained over 101,900 likes.

On October 25th, 2025, TikToker^[5] @tophergaming123 shared an animation using the I'm Not in Pain audio, showing Undertale character Frisk in the Undertale the Musical art style singing the verse. Over nine days, the video received roughly 247,600 likes.

On October 30th, TikToker^[6] @season19ep6 shared an animation of South Park characters PC Principal and Mr. Mackey reenacting the original I'm Not in Pain video. Over four days, it gained roughly 146,600 likes.
