On November 5th, Bethel shared a music video on YouTube[1] for his song "City Of Demons," which gained over 75,800 views in 10 months.

On July 6th, 2025, Kyle Bethel shared a TikTok[2] video to his account @kylebethel_, which had an all-caps text caption reading, "DECENT MAN WALKING HERE." Bethel was seen wearing a red flannel, crossing a street and rapping the chorus of "City of Demons." Over two months, the video received over 198,900 likes.

Starting in July 2024, others began using Bethel's TikTok sound[4] for "City Of Demons." For instance, on July 29th, TikToker[5] @meccavellii posted a video of herself lip-dubbing the song, gaining over 30,100 likes in a year.

In mid-2025, more users discovered the song and shared posts with it. For instance, on June 30th, TikToker[6] @the1andonlyzoali posted a video of himself recreating Bethel's Decent Man Walking Here video, gaining over 17,100 likes in three months.

On August 30th, 2025, TikToker[7] @jakeleflairr shared a clip from rapper Joe Budden's podcast, The Joe Budden Podcast, of him playing Bethel's song for the co-hosts and guests. Over 10 days, the video received over 41,400 likes.

On August 31st, New York rapper Sheck Wes posted a video on TikTok[8] of him walking around and lip-dubbing "City Of Demons," gaining over 34,200 likes in nine days.

On September 2nd, 2025, TikToker[9] @cheenzrich posted a video of Kyle Bethel at a Labor Day celebration in New York performing the song with fans, gaining over 12,500 likes in a week.
