About

I'll Now Proceed To Pleasure Myself With This Fish refers to an image of the character Suzaku from the anime Code Geass holding a fish, incorrectly subtitled, "I'll now proceed to pleasure myself with this fish." The subtitled image was originally shared in late 2008 and went viral over the following years, inspiring further memes referencing it, including image macros, photoshops and redraws through the early 2020s. In the English dub, Suzaku simply says "gotcha!" upon catching the fish.

Origin

On March 2nd, 2007, episode 19 of Code Geass aired in Japan, airing in North America on September 7th, 2008. In the episode, Suzaku washes up on an island.
