The tweet received more than 15,000 likes and 3,600 retweets in less than one week.

Following the post, people began parodying and criticizing the tweet. For example, on April 3rd, Twitter^[2] user @TechnicallyRon tweeted, "If you don’t come out of this quarantine with either: 1.) a new skill 2.) starting what you’ve been putting off like a new business 3.) more knowledge That's perfectly fucking fine you're currently going through a historical event out of your control it's not a bank holiday."
