On June 25th, 2025, day three of "Casa Amor" on Love Island season 7, islander Taylor Williams left his original partner and fan favourite Olandria by declaring, "I pick Clarke." The recoupling paired him with newcomer Clarke Carraway, and the two left the island as a couple in a subsequent elimination round, as per Marie Claire.^[1]

TikToker^[2] @tashamfmac reposted a clip of the scene on July 1st, 2025, gathering over 40,000 likes in two months.

On July 30th, 2025, TikToker^[8] user @dotbotsspam posted a video repeating the phrase, "I pick Clarke," and mimicking Taylor's tone, gathering over 3.6 million views and 480,000 likes in three weeks.
