I Need More Bullets, also known as I Need More Boolets or I Need More Boullets, refers to a series of viral TikTok videos showing an NPC Streamer named R.octavoc.r (@isrhaul) playing the part of a French soldier on TikTok LIVE, telling the camera that he needs more bullets while also shaking his butt, similar to twerking. He also said other catchphrases like "Hasta la vista baby!" The TikToker's content was ultimately made for a gay audience. Screen-recordings of his livestreams began to go viral in mid-2023, leading to memes that used his videos, predominantly starting in August 2023.

Origin

TikToker^[1] @isrhaul posted his first video on January 3rd, 2021. Starting sometime in mid-2023, he started to go LIVE on the app, following the then-recent trend of "NPC streaming" which was popularized by TikTokers like Pinkydoll. In his LIVEs, @isrhaul acted as a French soldier, wielding a toy gun and saying "I need more bullets" while shaking his butt. The first known video that showed one of his LIVEs was posted by TikToker^[2] @kingofcheeks on July 22nd, 2023, gaining roughly 70,500 plays and 7,400 likes in three weeks (shown below).

Going into August 2023, @isrhaul's LIVEs continued to go viral on the app. For instance, on August 8th, 2023, TikToker^[3] @fylertunke posted a stitch with one of @isrhaul's LIVEs, proclaiming that he was going to "delete this app," gaining roughly 2.6 million plays and 475,800 likes in six days (shown below, left). On August 12th, 2023, TikToker^[4] @biz0unours posted a video that followed the Leave Me Alone! meme format, gaining roughly 1.4 million plays and 251,100 likes in two days (shown below, right).

Videos referencing TikToker @isrhaul as "I Need More Bullets" continued to surface and go viral on TikTok^[5] in mid-August 2023, additionally gaining reposts on YouTube.^[6] For instance, on August 13th, 2023, YouTuber^[7] M8TRIX posted a greenscreen template of TikToker @isrhaul, gaining roughly 1,400 views in less than a day (shown below).
