On January 28th, 2023, Instagram^[1] user gaygothgirlfriend posted a photoshop of an image available on Adobe Stock^[2] showing two people talking with blank speech bubbles, depicting the woman on the left saying "I have multiple personality disorder" and the man on the right saying, "Dayum!!! Any of them freaky???" garnering over 10,700 likes in 10 months (shown below).

Spread

The meme gained viral spread and became the subject of redraws over the following months. On April 26th, 2023, X^[3] user snifsnoof posted a Baseketball redraw of the meme, garnering over 3,500 likes in seven months (shown below, left). On September 28th, X^[4] user @miksnails posted a redraw that gained over 1,500 likes in two months (shown below, right).

On October 26th, X^[5] user @iinterlxne posted a redraw of the meme using Adventure Time characters, garnering over 20,000 likes in a week (shown below). On October 27th, Instagram^[6][7] users uncrustable.memess and cursedmemez4u reposted the original meme, garnering over 465,000 likes and 66,000 likes in a week.
