I Don't Know Shit About Fuck is a memorable quote uttered by the character Ruth Langmore on the Netflix drama series Ozark. Online, people use images of Langmore saying the line as a reaction image macro to express confusion.

Origin

On August 31st, 2018, the second season of Ozark premiered on Netflix.^[1] In the series, the character Marty enlists Ruth (portrayed by Jason Bateman and Julia Garner) to help him commit a series of complex crimes. Ruth responded to the plan, "I don't know shit about fuck" (clip below).

On September 7th, Imgur ^[2] user LePlum shared a screenshot of Ruth saying the line. The post received more than 3,700 views in less than two years (shown below).

On April 6th, 2020, Instagram account @shitheadsteve shared the image as the punchline to the caption "When someone asks me what day of the week it is." The post received more than 154,000 likes in less than two months (shown below, center).
