The "I Be Yelling Out Gang Gang" Skull Motorcycle Guy refers to a series of memes about TikToker Pops (@pqps68), who posts videos of himself wearing a skull mask and driving a motorcycle, often set to the song "Gang Gang" by Chef Boy, which leads with the lyrics, "And I be yelling out 'gang, gang.' Do you gangbang? I be outside with my gang, gang." Pops shared the videos to TikTok and Instagram in 2025. Some viewers thought that the videos were cringe, as expressed in the viral memes and posts, which called his hobby, and the documentation of it, "corny."
Origin
TikToker @pqps68 (Pops) posted his first TikTok[1] video on May 10th, 2022. His first viral TikTok[3] video was shared on July 30th, 2023, gaining over 11,200 likes in two years.
By July 21st, 2025, he had amassed over 118,500 followers on his main TikTok[2] account. His videos largely consisted of him riding his motorcycle, playing loud music and wearing a skull mask.
On July 4th, 2024, he shared a TikTok[4] of himself interacting with another driver at a red light, gaining over 660,100 likes in a year (shown below).
On June 12th, 2025, he shared a TikTok[5] of himself waiting at a red light on his red motorcycle, seen singing along to the song "Gang Gang" by Chef Boy, which was playing out loud on his bike's speakers. In a month, the video received over 129,500 likes (shown below).
On June 13th, he also shared the video on Instagram[6] as a Reel, gaining over 158,000 likes in a month.
Spread
The abovementioned video, set to the song "Gang Gang," received memetic spread in the following weeks. For instance, on July 18th, 2025, TikToker[7] @goatman920 posted a video ranking "Biggst Cornballs to Cornball," which led with the video of Pops singing "Gang Gang." Over 13 days, the video received roughly 70,700 likes (shown below).
On July 25th, TikToker[8] @yazthegreatest.11 posted a video of a Druski skit about male motorcycle enthusiasts, captioning it, "How that one dude on my FYP be 😂," paired with the song "Gang Gang." Over six days, the video received roughly 62,300 likes (shown below).
On July 30th, 2025, TikToker[9] @jesus978556 posted a video of someone sitting on a bicycle with a Joker mask, singing "Gang Gang" to parody the Skull Motorcycle Guy. In a day, the video received over 109,400 likes (shown below).
On July 31st, Instagram[10] user @jonredm4n posted a video of himself doing an Accuracy Reenactment of the original video, receiving over 3,600 likes in three hours (shown below).
