He's Bisexual and Stuff is a catchphrase used on social media to humorously claim that a certain character is bisexual, regardless of whether this is canonically accurate. Spawned by a viral X / Twitter post about Joker from the 2024 Joker 2 film, the catchphrase achieved popularity in mid-April 2024 as it was used in numerous memes.

Origin

On April 9th, 2024, X^[1] / Twitter user @jeremylovesyall made a post in which they falsely claimed that Joker: Folie à Deux director Todd Phillips said that character Joker was "bisexual and stuff." The post (shown below) received over 3,200 reposts and 16,000 likes in one week.

Spread

The post inspired similar posts in which users claimed that actors and creators of various media said that their characters were "bisexual and stuff." On April 11th, 2024, X^[2] user @transcowboy made the earliest notable derivative post within the trend, writing that Dr. Gregory House of House M.D. was bisexual. The post (shown below) gained over 170 reposts and 1,900 likes in four days.

In mid-April 2024, more similar posts were circulated on X / Twitter and went viral on the platform. On April 13th, 2024, X^[3] user @aabiquiu made such a post about Breaking Bad character Jesse Pinkman, which received over 830 reposts and 7,400 likes in two days (shown below, left). On April 14th, X^[4] user @uorplefever made a post that received 3,400 reposts and 46,000 likes in one day (shown below, right).

The Minecraft Bee Is Trans refers to a parody fan theory that the Minecraft Bee which was released in the August 22nd, 2019 Minecraft update is transgender. After the user who posted the theory on Twitter blocked anyone who replied to them with "how?", other Twitter and Reddit users got in on the joke by insisting the Minecraft bee was transgender and various other sexualities and genders. The format saw further spread as X Is Trans snowclone.
