"Have You Ever Heard Of Among Us, Gregory?" refers to a parody of a Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach scene using an Among Us reference. After a Twitter user posted a still of Freddy Fazbear making an Among Us reference to the game's main character, Gregory, the post inspired others to make video parodies of the imagined scene.

Origin

On December 19th, 2021 Twitter^[1] user @chokokoyo posted an image of Freddy Fazbear from Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach with the caption, "gregory, do you see the smail vent on the floor? have you ever heard of among us, gregory? you need to vent, i know it will be hard for you to be SUS but i know you can do it gregory." The post received 12,000 retweets and 62,000 likes in two weeks (shown below).

Spread

On December 20th, 2021, user @SilverSpringing replied to the original post with a video lip dubbing the phrase, receiving 7,500 retweets and 28,000 likes in two weeks (shown below).^[2]

On YouTube, several meme creators also made animations to accompany the dub. As of January 15th, 2022, the most viewed video is a December 23rd, 2021, upload by Derpy_Horse4. The video (shown below.) received 8.3 million views and 347,000 likes in 3 weeks.^[3]

Freddy's official voice actor (Kellen Goff) noticed the meme and dubbed the text himself on December 23rd, receiving over 27,000 retweets and 91,000 likes (shown below).^[4]
