About

The Gypsy Rose Blanchard "Panini Pressed" Video, also known as the "I Have a Chad" Video, is a viral video posted to Gypsy Rose Blanchard's TikTok Story in June 2024 in which she addresses TikToker @flawlessnina (Flawless Nina) after she accused Blanchard's boyfriend Ken Urker of being a homewrecker and using Blanchard for money. Nina's videos purportedly inspired Urker to call Nina "obsessed" with their relationship on TikTok LIVE, followed by Nina claiming Urker wants to be with her, resulting in Blanchard's response video. In the video, Blanchard says she's "so not threatened" by Nina, that her man "wouldn't touch" her "with a 10-foot pole," that Nina is mad because she has a "Chad" and then calls her "panini pressed" because she doesn't have a man. The video was posted on June 11th, 2024, and became the subject of memes over the following days, including lip dubs on TikTok.

Origin

TikToker[1] @flawlessnina is known to regularly post content about Gypsy Rose Blanchard, with most of the content being negative or critical towards Blanchard and her purported boyfriend, Ken Urker, with Nina believing he is a "homewrecker" who "lacks integrity."

For example, on June 11th, 2024, the TikToker[2] posted a video in which she directly addresses Urker for "talking trash" about her during a TikTok LIVE stream when he purportedly called her "obsessed" with their relationship and a "bully," reiterating her problems with him throughout the video, garnering over 30,000 views in a day (shown below, left). In the video, she criticizes him for being a fake or bad Christian, purportedly using Blanchard for money to buy him a bar and more.

On the same day, the TikToker[3] posted another video responding to Urker after he talked about her again on TikTok LIVE, claiming that Urker blocked her and that he "wanted her," garnering over 660,000 views in a day (shown below, right).

That night, Gypsy Rose Blanchard posted a video to her TikTok Story in which she indirectly calls Nina out for her criticisms and claims that Urker wants to be with her. In the video, she says she's "not threatened" about Nina's claims, that Urker is not interested in her and calls him a "Chad." She also says that Nina is "panini pressed" (a play on the slang term "pressed") and that she doesn't have a man. The video was reposted by the @PopCrave X[4] account the next day, garnering over 26,000 likes in under a day (shown below).

"Oh honey, I am so not threatened by you. My man wouldn't touch you with a 10-foot pole. You're just made because I have a Chad, and last time I checked, you don't have a man. So, looks like you're the one who's panini pressed. Call a spade a spade, honey. Keep making content."

Spread

On June 11th, 2024, Flawless Nina posted a direct response to the "panini pressed" video on her YouTube[5] channel, garnering around 1,000 views in a day (shown below). In the video, Nina says she doesn't have a man by choice and if she did have a man, it would be someone with bigger aspirations than being a bartender, further shading Urker.

Blanchard's response video went viral, inspiring reactions and memes across social media, particularly for her use of the slang term variation "panini pressed" and claiming she "has a Chad." That day, TikToker[6] @tranquilityromance posted an edit of the response captioned, "Me whenever a girl says she has the same celebrity crush as me," garnering over 2.7 million views in a day (shown below).

The video's original sound was used over 280 times in the next 24 hours, largely as a source for lip dub videos. By June 12th, two of the most popular videos under the sound were posted by TikTokers[7][8] @janetsplanettt and @jennamwood, garnering over 393,000 and 130,000 views, respectively, in under 24 hours (shown below, left and right).

Also on June 12th, 2024, content creator and influencer Trisha Paytas made a post to X,[9] writing, "Stay panini pressed ✌🏼," garnering over 1,000 likes in under a day (shown below).
