The video displays Peter Griffin getting into physical altercations with pedestrians and law enforcement with escalating degree of violence, which eventually culminates in him crashing into Los Santos police station with a Dodo (a small plane).

Name and video description

The video was originally labeled PETER GRIFFIN RAMPAGE, however, the author later decided to change the name to that which it is now for unknown reasons. Despite this, the description of the video has remained constant since publication:

Copypasta

On 25th of August 2020, a copypasta was dedicated to gta sa peter griffin family guy and published on the subreddit r/copypasta. The video didn't last long on the subreddit as the moderators manually removed the post siting "spam". This verdict was most likely given due to the inclusion of the video URL at the end of the pasta:

I'm so fucking sick and tired of this site. You guys won't believe what I got banned for. So, hehe, get this. I was just browsing my favorite subreddit, r/politics, and decided to post something about the latest Donald Trump, or as I call him, Donald TRUMPET, gaffe regarding the latest controversy and ventured to provide my fellow redditors with a link to the aforementioned gaffé (I'm studying french at the moment btw). So anyways, there I was waiting for the quality replies to come in, as per usual, when all of the sudden, I was greeted with this, most horrific of all messages: "THOU HAVETH BEEN BANNALOOSED FROM THIS HERE SUBREDDIT! BEGONE, THOT!!"

Needless to say I was aghast. Who would be so sick, so nasty and last, although certainly not least, so DISGUSTING, so as to barrage me with such vacuous utterances. After the ordeal, I, in my depraved and desperate state of mind, gathered all of the dwindling might I still had left in my ravaged body and set out for my final plea to avoid the pending doom. I did the utmost heinous and contacted the moderators of the subreddit in question and begged, and pleaded, and offered my wife and daughters in exchange for a swift unbanning but, alas, there was no response. The video was originally released on YouTube on 18th of August 2020, and was only watched by a handful of people before the spread. As of now, very little is known about the intent of the video as well as the identity behind the user johnnyboispeedrun.

Spread

gta sa peter griffin family guy begun spreading on 22 of August 2020 during an apparent Twitter raid on users @Leafy and @twomad. Many users were confused as they were bombarded with nonsensical tweets from multiple users with randomly generated names. A notable example of the raiders was delightfulmelodynova who, in quick succession, tweeted an estimated 250 tweets in mere minutes before being subsequently banned. This was considered a massive feat as Twitter is known in hacker circles for their overtly aggressive spam filters.
