About
Group 7 refers to a TikTok trend based on a viral video shared by TikToker Sophia James (@sophiajamesmusic), who shared seven videos in mid-October 2025, which put people into groups based on which one appeared in their "For You" pages (FYP). Many TikTok users watched the Group 7 video first, thus meaning that they were a part of Group 7, and then began addressing other members of the group in memes and other viral posts. Being a Group 7 member was likened to joy and euphoria in internet humor and memes. The trend was quickly co-opted by several brands and celebrity accounts on the app.
