Grimes' Training Regimen refers to an Instagram post by Canadian musician Claire Boucher or Grimes in which she describes, in partnership with Adidas by Stella McCartney, an unorthodox training regimen which includes sword fighting, screaming sessions, eyeball surgery, cellular health and astro-gliding.

On July 15th, 2019, Grimes posted an image of herself to Instagram[1] in Adidas by Stella McCartney with a caption that answers the question posed by Adidas: "Tell us about ur training regimen ?" (shown below). Her answer included cellular health, eyeball surgery, sword fighting and screaming session. The post gained over 137,400 likes in three days.

On July, 15th, 2019, Fans immediately responded to Grimes Instagram[1] post with reactions of disbelief or to mock her (shown below, left). On July 16th, Twitter user @AnnaCafolla shared the post to Twitter[4] captioning the screenshots with "wow Grimes same???" (shown below, center). The tweet garnered over 15,900 likes and 3,100 retweets in two days. That same day, Twitter user @ajrobertshaw[5] posted a Me Explaining to my Mom involving Adidas and Grimes (shown below, right). The tweet gained over 600 likes and 100 retweets in two days.



On July 16th, various media outlets covered Grimes' Instagram post like Time Magazine[3] who calls the regimen "too crazy to be true" and Rolling Stone[2] who published a full breakdown of each aspect of her fitness routine.
