On January 14th, 2023, celebrity chef uploaded a TikTok^[1] duet with user @andyslife247 in which he reacted to the latter deep-frying a frozen pizza. The video (shown below) received over 3.2 million views and 155,000 likes in eight months.

On January 24th, 2023, YouTube^[2] user Scoobzz posted an edit of the video in which the part where Ramsay says "you're gonna" is edited out, making it appear as if Ramsay urges the man to kill himself. The video ended with a You Should Kill Yourself… Now! edit of Gordon Ramsay and gained over 550,000 views in eight months (shown below). On April 8th, 2023, YouTube^[3] user ThePinkPikmin123 made a shorter reupload of the video which received over 2.8 million views in five months.

On February 27th, 2023, YouTube^[4] user SmokleyDa_G posted the earliest found meme based on the video, pairing Gordon Ramsay's reaction with a video of a toddler playing with a ball. The video accumulated over 48,000 views on YouTube in seven months (shown below).

On March 18th, 2023, TikToker^[5] @k88hnv1 used the clip in a similar way, combining it with a video of a toddler cooking. The upload received over 5.3 million views and 877,000 likes in six months (shown below).

The clip saw more use in memes on TikTok and YouTube in the following months.
