On December 8th, 2024, YouTuber^[2] ᯽𝐌𝐀𝐅𝐈𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐒𝐒᯽ posted reposted the video as a short, garnering over 1.5 million views in six months.

Spread

On December 31st, 2024, X^[3] user @luxe_li posted a selfie of herself looking up into the camera, writing a similar caption as the post text, garnering around 700 likes in six months.

The meme spread over the following months, going viral throughout the first half of 2025.

On January 31st, 2025, Threads^[4] user girlzzzclub posted a slideshow meme similar to the original with a similar caption, garnering over 82,000 likes and 10,000 reposts in five months.

The same video was then posted by X^[5] user @invis4yo on February 6th, garnering over 2,500 likes in four months.

On May 4th, Redditor u/Joudeh_1996 posted a version of the meme to the /r/meirl^[6] subreddit, garnering over 40,000 upvotes and 2,100 comments in a month.

On May 7th, X^[7] user @PISCESPRADA posted a similar meme using the eyes of Turkish actress Hande Erçel, garnering over 12,000 likes in the same span of time.

On May 16th, 2025, X^[8] user @turtlerain quoted the post by @PISCESPRADA with a compilation of Bridgerton character Kate Sharma's eyes, garnering over 4,600 likes in a month.
