"Gibraltar Español" is a popular phrase in Spain, refering to the wish to recover Gibraltar, a lot of fun and jokes have been made on the internet with this phrase.
This meme began with the movie Torrente 2, "Gibraltar o para España o para nadie" translated as "Gibraltar for Spain o for no one"
Since then this has been used on the internet as a joke.
There is also a popular phrase that say: Gibraltar Español, Malvinas Argentinas!! refering to the english colonialism.
