On February 1st, 2022, TikToker[1] @Abdul_cisse posted a TikTok Duet to an "open verse challenge" video by @salemilese where she sings about the Us or PS5 video. Cisse's verse is about buying the Fortnite Battle Pass, starting with the lyrics, "Fortnite Battle Pass, I just shit out my ass." The video gained over 13 million views in two weeks (shown below). On February 2nd, he reuploaded the video to TikTok[2] as an original sound, gaining over 2.7 million views in a comparable span of time.

The original sound for Cisse's second upload went viral as users began setting videos to it, including lip dubs and ironic lyric showcase videos, inspiring over 17,400 videos by February 14th, 2022. For example, on February 3rd, 2022, TikToker[4] @british_hotdog posted a video where a low-res clip of one of the Penguins of Madagascar dances to the song, gaining over 3.5 million views in just under two weeks (shown below, left). On February 5th, TikToker[5] @kyrotime posted a similar video with a clip of Yoshi dancing, gaining over 910,000 views in a similar span of time (shown below, right). It was reuploaded to YouTube[6] the next day, gaining over 189,000 views in a week. On February 6th, the original video by Cisse was reuploaded to YouTube,[3] gaining over 294,000 views in a week.
On February 8th, TikToker[8] @.dj_soup posted a Minecraft parkour video using the sound, gaining over 6.6 million views in a week (shown below).
On February 13th, YouTuber[7] justmehabibi posted a video edit adding the song over footage of an America's Got Talent singing audition, gaining over 14,900 views in under 24 hours (shown below).
