For His Neutral Special, He Wields A Gun is a copypasta inspired by the gameplay trailer for the fighter Joker in Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. The trailer inspired a series of YouTube Poops.

Origin

On April 16th, 2019, Nintendo streamed a gameplay trailer for Persona 5's Joker, a DLC character for Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. While explaining the character's move set, the narrator says "For his neutral special, he wields a gun" (shown below).

Spread

The quote grew into a copypasta among the Smash fandom. On April 17th, 2020, YouTuber Jamezietocool posted a YouTube Poop of the trailer, gaining over 180,000 views (shown below, left). The following day, user Benoolii posted a YTP that consistently emphasized the word "gun," gaining over 259,000 views (shown below, right).

YTPs of the trailer continued spreading after the release of Joker. On June 18th, 2019, YouTuber Hyblocker posted a YTP mashing the Joker audio with the trailer for Banjo-Kazooie's DLC release, gaining over 50,000 views (shown below, left). On July 18th, YouTuber DatJaneDoe posted a remix of the Persona 5 song "Last Surprise" which emphasized the word "gun," gaining over 10,000 views (shown below, right).
