The Flower Language TikTok Filter, also known as the FlowerLanguage Filter or Flower Keyboard Trend, refers to TikTok filter and trend that shows a QWERTY keyboard in which each letter corresponds with a flower that is added to a cartoon bouquet. People can write their name or any word and see what their bouquet is based on a combination of the letters. The Flower Language filter went viral in May 2024 and was created by user supersappi.
Origin
On May 5th, 2024, TikToker[1] @supersappi posted a video that debuted her new TikTok filter called FlowerLanguage.[2] The filter was an interactive keyboard in which each letter corresponded with a flower drawing, each drawn by her. A user could write their name and see what their cartoon bouquet was. Over two days, the video gained roughly 2 million plays and 27,200 likes (shown below).

Going into May 2024, users tried the filter and went viral, such as TikToker[3] @trishine_ who posted a video on May 6th, 2024, that received over 8.7 million plays and 100,500 likes in a day (shown below, left).
Later on May 6th, TikToker[4] @alive4good posted a tutorial on how to use the FlowerLanguage filter, gaining over 3.5 million plays and 44,300 likes in a day (shown below, right).
By May 7th, 2024, the FlowerLanguage filter had amassed over 3.5 million uses.[2]
