The Eggsuka meme went viral on TikTok in late 2025, akin to other then-trending brainrot memes like Тотя. ❤️. The rise of the Eggsuka meme existed at the end of a lineage of "niche" memes that TikTokers humorously migrated to in rapid succession, in order to end the previous meme trend and become more "niche" than their fellow internet user interacting with a similar meme algorithm. Other trends that existed previously in the lineage included 67, My Mother Ate Fries and I'm a Dude Man, among others.

On August 8th, 2025, TikToker^[1] @wunba5 posted a video that started with a Photoshop edit of Vince Masuka, played by actor C.S. Lee, from the TV show Dexter as an egg. The video received over 3,600 likes in a month. The post is currently the first known upload of the Eggsuka meme.

Spread

On September 13th, 2025, TikToker^[2] @bbogdaan_ posted a Misheard Song Lyric Speech Bubble video, reminiscent of Wenomechainsama and Turi Ip Ip Ip, showing Eggsuka singing the song "Who Can It Be Now?" by Men at Work,^[3] with "Eggsuka" in the description. Over two days, the video received over 23,900 likes.

On September 14th, TikToker^[4] @jakhuaa11 posted a video of a man eating an apple, following the phrasal template, "How it feels being on X while all of my classmates are on Y." The meme referenced being on Eggsuka while the classmates were still on 67 and Тотя. In a day, the video received over 49,800 likes.

On September 14th, 2025, TikToker^[5] @yans18691 posted a video that followed the same format as the abovementioned, but instead used Eggsuka as the dated example and "I'm a Dude Man" as the fresh example. Over one day, the video received roughly 22,100 likes.
