About
Eat Grilled Chicken, also known as the Grilled Chicken Meme, refers to a series of brainrot video edits that use an exploitable clip of someone cutting a whole grilled chicken in half with a male AI voice saying, "Eat grilled chicken," or just, "Grilled chicken." In the original video, the voiceover says, "Instead of eating fried chicken, eat grilled chicken." The clip is commonly spliced into other videos at random, like bait-and-switch media. The trend started on TikTok in October 2025, spreading to other platforms like Twitter / X and Instagram Reels in the following weeks.
