Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Don Jr. and RFK Jr. Eating McDonald's is a photograph of President-elect Donald Trump, billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk, politician Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Trump's son Don Jr. eating an array of McDonald's fast food inside of a private plane, purportedly on the way to a UFC match. The photo was posted to X / Twitter by Trump's Deputy Communications Chief Margo Martin in mid-November 2024 and became the subject of memes and discourse online, much of which was aimed at RFK Jr., who is set to become the head of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under Trump's presidency and has routinely spoken out against the typical American's unhealthy diet and intake of seed oils, which McDonald's reportedly uses in its food.
Origin
On November 17th, 2024, X[1] user @margomartin, Donald Trump's former press assistant and his deputy communications chief, posted a photograph of Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Don Jr. and RFK Jr. aboard a private jet eating McDonald's. The post reads, "POV: walking by the cool kids table," and garnered over 167,000 likes and 14,000 reposts in a day.

The post quickly became the subject of discourse and memes, with many focused on RFK Jr., who is well known for speaking out against the unhealthy American diet and seed oils, which McDonald's reportedly uses in some of its food.[2]
On November 17th, 2024, about an hour after the photo was posted, X[3] user @JoshRainerGold posted an edit of the photo referencing the Grand Theft Auto series by placing the word "BUSTED" over his face, garnering over 88,000 likes in a day.
On the same day, X[4] user @DecodingFoxNews made a post calling RFK Jr. a fraud, writing, "RFK Jr. said on Fox & Friends that he didn’t have a problem with fast food or McDonald’s he was just against 'seed oil.' McDonald’s cooks its fries in seed oil. He is also drinking a Coke with high fructose corn syrup. This man is a complete fraud," garnering over 79,000 likes in a day.
About an hour later, Don Jr. reposted the photo to X,[5] writing, "Make America Healthy Again starts TOMORROW," garnering over 220,000 likes and 21,000 reposts in a day. An hour after that, X[6] user @Geiger_Capital posted the photo, writing, "Making the new gang member do drugs to make sure he’s not an undercover cop," garnering over 97,000 likes in a day.
That day, Redditor u/systemrobot posted an image macro to the subreddit /r/PoliticalHumor[7] using the photograph under the caption, "His body. His choice," garnering over 6,900 upvotes in a day.
Also on November 17th, 2024, X[8] user @thaboyjozu posted, "the pilot has the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever," joking that the pilot could crash the plane and end all their lives, garnering over 855,000 likes in a day.
Later that day, X[9] user @grandoldmemes posted a photoshop of the image in which the ghost of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has been added to the table (referencing the Shinzo Abe Saved Donald Trump meme), garnering over 63,000 likes in a day.
On November 18th, 2024, Instagram[10] user fakenewsnetwork posted a photoshop making RFK into the masked Crying Wojak meme, garnering over 26,000 likes in under a day.
