About

Dolly Dimpley refers to an OC character on the YouTube channel Critter Clipz 2002, who is inserted into clips from the Adult Swim animated series Smiling Friends by her creator, similar to another "self-insert" character, The Cool Autistic Gamer 774. A Twitter / X user reposted one of Critter Clipz 2002's Dolly Dimpley Smiling Friends videos in late October 2025. The viral repost led to memes and fan art that commonly drew Dolly Dimpley alongside The Cool Autistic Gamer 774. The two were also shipped in several iterations.

Appearance-wise, Dolly Dimpley is depicted as a Black woman with long, light-blue hair, resembling Hatsune Miku's hair. She wears a black-and-purple long-sleeve zip-up crop top, a blue crop top undershirt, green shorts, green headphones and a yellow beanie with the Smiling Friends' headquarters (a smiley face) on it.

In mid-December 2025, as Critter clipz 2002 continued inserting Dolly Dimpley into scenes from season three of Smiling Friends, the creator edited a scene from episode seven that showed Dolly punching and knocking out Charlie after getting angry about being ignored. The edit subsequently went viral online, garnering notable praise and reactions.
