Crazy crab was a mascot made up for the San Francisco Giants baseball team in 1984 in the hope that it would become a mascot since they didnt have one. However, the complete opposite happened whereas thousands of fans booed the crab, threw trash at it, and attempted to physically assault it. The next season the crab was gone but a movement was created to bring back the crab. In 2008 crazy crab made a return in one SF Giants game.
Moral of the story: Everyone can make a comeback.
