“ It’s 2017” is a catchphrase expression often said by users on 4chan’s /pol/ (politically incorrect) board to celebrate Trump`s victory of the election and the rise of political incorrectness.

Origin

Mentioning the 2017 is now being used by conservative, and 4chan as a rhetorical device to promote right wing agendas and dismiss liberal beliefs, particularly in the context of issue-specific political debates and to justify xenophobia and bigotry. The phrase “I mean, come on people, it`s 2017", became a popular phrase justifying racism and bigotry.
