About
Come Here, Come Here, Bitch, Yeah or the Come Here Challenge is a viral original sound on TikTok where YouTuber Don's Life whispers "come here" several times, followed by pretending to punch someone and saying, "bitch, yeah." The clip was uploaded to TikTok in February 2022 and became popularized in lip dub videos that July in which users make jokes about triggering someone's phobia or using a weakness against them, inspiring over 122,000 uses by August 2022.
Origin
On February 27th, 2022, TikToker[1] @get.it.ig7 posted a clip of YouTuber Don's Life taken from an unknown video where he motions toward the camera and says, "come here," several times, then pretends to punch someone and says, "bitch, yeah," excitedly, garnering over 2.5 million views in six months (shown below).
Spread
The original sound for @get.it.ig7's video went viral on TikTok[2][3] in July 2022 as people began posting lip dub skits to it. The majority of the videos present a version of the snowclone phrase "when someone with x starts talking shit," replacing "X" with a phobia or potential weakness a person might have while showing how they would best harm said person (notable examples shown below, left and right).
The sound is also used for more general videos. For example, on August 12th, TikToker[4] @misowithtofu posted a video where they flip their kitten over the sound, garnering over 7.5 million views in four days (shown below). On August 15th, Dexerto[5] published an article on the trend.
