Chica Rizz is a viral animation and reaction clip of Chica from Five Nights at Freddy's reenacting the dawg skull emoji meme in which she runs her hands over her head and licks her lips while staring into the camera as if trying to "rizz up" the viewer. The animation was created by artist chipfunni in October 2023 and was popularized as a meme on TikTok throughout November where it is paired with ironic captions as an image macro, often about admiring yourself or hitting on people in inappropriate settings.

Origin

On October 20th, 2023, X^[1] / Twitter user @chipfunni posted an original animation depicting Chica from the FNAF series reenacting a video of King Williams pushing back her hair and licking her lips flirtatiously, known as the "Dawg Skull Emoji" meme, set to a portion of the song "The New Workout Plan" by Kanye West, garnering over 7,400 likes in three weeks (original post deleted, reupload shown below).

Later that month, TikTokers began reposting the video with added captions. Some of the earliest examples were posted on October 29th, 2023. For example, on that day, TikToker^[2] @fishboy_45 posted the video set to the song "Oui" by Jeremih captioned, "Chica well you just be Chica," a reference to the together we are FNAF meme, garnering over 1.2 million views in a week (shown below).

Spread

The meme gained viral spread on TikTok throughout late October and November 2023, often set to versions of "The New Workout Plan" and "The Rizzness" by Taemin. On November 1st, 2023, TikToker^[3] @izntwony posted a version of the meme that gained over 1.1 million views in a week (shown below, left).

On November 6th, TikToker^[4] @2vezzp posted a version of the meme that garnered over 2.6 million views in two days (shown below, right).

On November 7th, TikToker^[5] @skeleboneonyt posted a version of the meme also featuring the original dawg skull emoji meme that garnered over 1.7 million views in a day (shown below).

Dawg Skull Emoji or Dawg💀 is a viral video of TikToker @kinggwilliamss (King Williams) pushing back their hair and licking their lips flirtatiously while staring into the camera. In December 2021, a TikToker reuploaded and captioned the video with a joke about flirting with a cashier to get them to lower the price of their item, writing in the post caption "Dawg💀," implying @kinggwilliamss is not attractive enough to flirt their way out of paying full price. The video started to see use as an exploitable image macro in the following weeks, with TikTokers applying new captions to the same video and other flirtatious videos of @kinggwilliamss, often jokes about trying to inappropriately flirt your way out of something. The trend is set to the song "The New Workout Plan" by Kanye West.
