Caution: This Truck Contains is a two-panel object label series featuring a large box truck with words "Caution: This Truck Contains" written on the back. Underneath the truck is a panel featuring a screenshot from the Indiana Jones film Raiders of the Lost Ark in which the titular character is being dragged by a truck. Both the truck and Indiana Jones are labeled in a setup/punchline structure with the truck acting as the desire of Indiana Jones.

On March 18th, 2018, Redditor [1] xxXWinstonMainXxx posted an image on the /r/dankmemes subreddit of a yellow box truck with the words "Caution: This Truck Contains The Big Gay" written on the back (shown below).
Later that day, Redditor[2] The CrazyEngleMain posted a variation of the meme placing the original post above the caption "Reddit mods:" and a screenshot from Raiders of the Lost Ark (shown below, left),[3] implying that the mods are trying to reach the truck called "The Big Gay." Within three days, the post (shown below, right) received more than 570 points (98% upvoted) and 10 comments.

The following day, Redditor[3] The CrazyEngleMain posted the meme on the /r/MemeEconomy subreddit. The post received more than 1,900 points (97% upvoted) and 30 comments.
Later that day, author Chuck Tingle tweeted [4] a variation with the caption "Bad Boy Dinosaur Lawyers" on the truck. The post (shown below, left) received more than 50 retweets and 270 likes in two days.
Additionally, on March 19th, Redditor[5] blacksheep_kho posted a version with the words "old meme formats being delivered to meme deprived children in Africa" on the truck and "Facebook niggas" on Indiana Jones. The post (shown below, center) received more than 4,100 points (97% upvoted) and 20 comments.
The following day, Redditor[6] Zolmon posted a version with the words "Logan Paul Merch" on the truck and "12 year olds with their mom's credit card" on Indiana Jones. The post (shown below, right) received more than 7,600 points (97% upvoted) and 60 comments in 24 hours.
