Various viral tweets used the catchphrase in subsequent years, often to deliver a sincere opinion that could be considered controversial.^[3][4][5]

On August 3rd, 2019, Twitter^[6] user @desusnice posted a tweet that read, "white claw is a reference to the wolf-dog hybrids in the caucasus mountains that helped dr yacub’s creations survive but y’all not ready for that conversation," gathering over 5,000 likes in four years (seen below, left). On August 29th, 2019, Twitter^[7] user @JadeLeilani posted a tweet that likened using the phrase "Y'all not read" to putting parsley in your meal for flavor, gathering over 4,000 likes in four years (seen below, right).

On September 3rd, 2019, Twitter^[8] user @daveylitt posted a tweet that read, "This was ahead of its time, but y’all not ready for that conversation," gathering over 100,000 likes in four years (seen below).
