The Blue Hour is a time of day in which the position of the sun on the horizon shrouds everything in a shade of blue, causing an aesthetic that is similar to 'Golden Hour' or 'Witching Hour' in being themed around a specific thing. The trend of taking pictures at Blue Hour and liking the Blue Hour aesthetic began during the COVID-19 and started to spread via TikTok.
