Black Santa Napkin, also known as And a Black Santa Napkin, refers to a clip from a Dougherty Dozen TikTok video in which the family's mother, Alicia Dougherty, holds up a Black Santa napkin, placing one in each of the kids' lunchboxes. Her joyfully announcing, "And a Black Santa napkin!" was funny to some viewers, spawning several memes and brainrot edits that remixed and reedited the clip in early 2025.

On December 19th, 2024, TikToker[1] Alicia Dougherty posted a video to the @doughertydozen account titled, "What My 11 Kids Got For Lunch Today," in which she showed herself packing Christmas-themed lunches. The video received over 7.5 million plays and 664,400 likes in four months (shown below). At the video's 1:28-minute mark, she finally packs Black Santa napkins, announcing, "And a Black Santa napkin!"

On January 2nd, 2025, TikToker[2] @ljc11212 posted a re-edited version of the clip that sped it up and slowed it down. Over three months, the video received roughly 348,000 likes (shown below).

On April 9th, TikToker[8] @maddog0.2 posted an Accuracy Reenactment of the Black Santa Napkin video, gaining over 668,100 likes in two weeks (shown below).

On April 14th, 2025, TikToker[3] @sagescenes posted an Alicia Dougherty fan edit using the Black Santa Napkin clip. The video received over 644,700 likes in nine days (shown below).

On April 17th, TikToker[4] @doughertyblacksanta posted a video that was similar to @ljc11212's TikTok,[2] which sped up and slowed down the original clip. Over six days, it received roughly 69,300 likes (shown below).

Others used the abovementioned video's TikTok sound, such as TikToker[5] @sar81_21 on April 18th, 2025, showing her friend in a Black Santa blanket. Over five days, the video received roughly 214,300 likes (shown below).

Also on April 18th, TikToker[6] @jaxonm__ posted an Accuracy Reenactment of the Black Santa Napkin video, gaining over 559,200 likes in five days (shown below).
