On January 11th, 2026, TikToker[1] @gassygoontoonx posted a meme based on Despicable Me where a text-to-speech voice reinterprets footage of Gru as being "Big Ben Yahu." The video also uses the nickname "Big Stein" to reference Jeffrey Epstein. It garnered over 1.1 million views in a month.


On January 12th, the TikToker[2] posted another Despicable Me meme about Big Yahu, garnering over 750,000 views in a month.

On January 13th, 2026, Instagram[3] user lleyton.page posted a comedy video about getting a call from "the Big Yahu" and joining Mossad (the national intelligence agency of Israel), garnering over a million views in a month.




On February 2nd, TikToker[4] @nicklingg posted a video compilation of Netanyahu captioned, "Benjamin Netanyahu is the greatest leader of all time undisputedly. We ALL can agree that the big Yahu is a hardworking and great leader," garnering over 940,000 views in a week.


On February 6th, 2026, Instagram[5] user kaazty posted a meme about "switching up" after being sent $7,000 by "Big Yahu," a reference to claims of Israel paying influencers to share pro-Israeli propaganda,[6] garnering over 110,000 views in four days.




Big Stein

Big Stein is a nickname for Jeffrey Epstein that garnered virality alongside the Big Yahu memes, becoming significantly popularized in February 2026.
