Before and After Looking Up "Car Dragon" or Car Dragon TikTok refers to a trend on TikTok where users are asked to record themselves before and after Googling the term "car dragon," revealing a variety of images of dragons having sex with cars when searched on Google Images. The trend began in March 2022 under an original sound for Soulja Boy's 2007 song "Yahhh!"

Origin

A Google Image^[1] search for the term "car dragon" results in a variety of images of dragons performing sexual acts on cars, many explicit^[2]^[3] (example shown below). Know Your Meme^[4] documented this type of art in 2009.

On March 24th, 2022, TIkToker^[5] @graygrayisgaygay posted a video where she records herself before and after Googling the term "car dragon," challenging others to do the same via an on-screen caption (shown below). The video gained over 458,000 views in six days. The video is set to an original sound consisting of Soulja Boy's 2007 song "Yahhh!"

Several TikTokers took part in the trend over the following days, often reacting with similar shock. On March 28th, 2022, TIkToker @strugglingstonertbh posted a video following the trend, gaining over 127,000 views in two days (shown below, left). On March 29th, TikToker @lores.aep posted a video following the trend, gaining over 52,000 views in a day (shown below, right).
