Banned from the Mickey Mouse club

The quote "You have been banned from the Mickey Mouse club for inappropriate behavior" originated from a video (That now seems gone) posted by a YouTube channel known as raysipeladygaga.

The channel itself is about parodies of TV shows, movies and even video games.

Here are some examples.

However one of his parodies in particular caught the attention of many and became very popular.

Spread:

The video was first shared on Vine as a 6 seconds clip where it quickly got popular.
Later, on March 2017, the video has been reposted on Youtube by Shrektum and ended up racking up to 122k views.

A few months later the first edit of the meme was uploaded on Youtube getting over 14k views.

More videos with the clip inside started to show up on Youtube.

Use:

In most cases, the meme is used in editing to accompany other clips, often clips with people acting harshly, people being obscene or people acting rude.

As such it is considered by many a reaction video.

Notability:

-This video was used by Ada08 which is a channel inspired by Plainrock124.
-Most of the video's titles on raysipeladygaga often have many @ symbols, hashtags, semicolons or/and circumflexes.
-The meme even appeared on websites such as 9gag under top/bottom text format.
