About

Baby Boo Syndrome or BabyBoo Syndrome is a series of memes inspired by the Baby Boo remix trend where people are filmed acting erratically, zombie-like and jaggedly performing portions of the Baby Boo dance under captions claiming that they have "Baby Boo Syndrome," as an NBA YoungBoy Baby Boo remix plays in the background. Memes about Baby Boo Syndrome first started going viral on TikTok in mid-February 2026 and continued to spread over the following weeks.

Many versions of the meme use a remix of "What You Is" and "White Ferrari" by Frank Ocean. The meme was started by TikToker @yazimenz and takes inspiration from TikToker @dabigback and his Baby Boo dance videos.
