About
APUSH Milk, also known as Advanced Placement United States History Milk or A.P. U.S. Milk, refers to a series of jokes about a question on the Advanced Placement exam in the subject of United States history. In the question, students were given an advertisement that calls milk a "new weapon of Democracy."
Origin
On May 10th, 2019, the AP U.S. History exam was administered to students throughout the United States. One of the questions on the exam asked about a political poster for the Douglas shipping company, which delivered milk and other pieces of aid to people in Berlin. The poster implies that by providing aid to people in Berlin, citizens would grow to favor the U.S. and a democratic government (shown below).[1]
