The trend started in September 2024, following the virality of the Henry Danger memes on the app. Later, a viral thread of Andre SahBabii memes was shared to Twitter / X.

Origin

On September 11th, 2024, multiple TikTokers^[1]^[2]^[3] posted single-photo slideshows that captioned the image of Henry Danger character Henry Hart looking over his should, using the TikTok sound^[4] for the song "Tonight" by SahBabii.

On September 15th, TikToker^[5] @hoop.elt posted a Victorious meme using the same SahBabii sound, showing the character Andre Harris with a caption reading, "when im talking to some fine shyt and my crusty annoying hg dont want to see me win," receiving over 1.8 million plays and 460,400 likes in 18 days (shown below).

In the following weeks, multiple TikTokers posted memes using clips of Andre from Victorious, also using SahBabii's "Tonight" as the TikTok^[4] sound. For instance, on September 19th, TikToker^[6] @hoop.elt posted another iteration with a caption reading, "me leaving fine shyt crib after feeling teeth the entire time even tho she said she a pro," gaining over 4.1 million plays and 945,000 likes in two weeks (shown below).

On September 24th, TikToker^[7] @yoshbutter posted an iteration with a caption reading, "When Super Fine shi was actually Super Crazy shi undercover over (I'm back to square one)," receiving over 48,400 likes in nine days (shown below).

On October 1st, 2024, X^[8] user @FearOfPieces tweeted, "Them Andre from Victorious clips with SahBabii playing in the background be having me in tears," gaining over 33.7 million views and 12,000 likes in two days (shown below).

The tweet received a viral view count due to multiple quotes from other X^[9]^[10] users who attached Andre memes from TikTok.
