About

AI Action Figures, also known as AI-Generated Toy Figurines, refers to a trend of using artificial intelligence image generators, specifically GPT-4o, to generate realistic-looking boxes or packages of action figures based on notable people, characters and yourself, often accompanied by various accessories. The trend was popularized on social media in early April 2025 around the time the Studio Ghibli AI trend went viral, with the release of OpenAI's 4o Image Generation tool accelerating the trend.
