5 Youtuber's Who've Sworn! is a series of video remixes based on a series YouTube videos in which YouTuber Best Trends counts down five popular let's play YouTubers who have used profanity during their streams.
Origin
On July 12th, 2017, YouTuber[1] Best Trends uploaded a video entitled "5 Minecraft YouTubers Who Have Sworn." The video (mirror below) has since been deleted.
Spread
On September 6th, YouTuber Gourmet Pears published a video that edits together the induction of the "5 Minecraft YouTubers" video with a clip of television sitcom character Ron Swanson from Parks and Recreation throwing a computer in a dumpster. The post (shown below, left) received more than 27,000 views in less than one year.
On October 4th, 2017, YouTuber EyeZone published a separate list of Minecraft YouTubers who have sworn. The video (shown below, right) received more than 482,000 views in less than one year.
Three days later, YouTuber Giovanni Kolk posted a video entitled "5 Minecraft Youtubers Who Have Sworn in Videos [Meme Editon]." In the video, the voices are edited to change the "swear words." The post (shown below) received more than 20,000 views.
5 Fortnite YouTubers Who Have Sworn on Accident
On January 25th, 2018, YouTuber Best Trends reuploaded (original account terminated) the video titled "5 Fortnite YouTubers Who Have SWORN on Accident! (Ali-A, Dakotaz, Lachlan)."[2] The video was reuploaded on March 28th and has received more than 600,000 views.
On January 28th, 2018, YouTuber Mume posted a remix video entitled "5 Fortnite YouTubers who have SWORN [MEME]" with other people named. The video (shown below, left) has gained more than 250,000 views.
About one months later, on March 3rd, YouTuber Dolan Dark posted a video entitled "the scariest thing imaginable." The video features a variation of the Little Girl iPad Reaction meme from the Wreck-it Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks The Internet trailer in which a little girl is playing a video game, when the game stop and the "5 Fortnite YouTubers" video begins.
On March 29th, 2018, PewDiePie posted a video called "FORTNITE CRINGE" in which he reacts to a remix of the meme. As of June 2018, the video (shown below) has more than 9 million views.
