The earliest repost of the video was shared soon after, and memes using it surfaced en masse on TikTok and Instagram in October 2025. The memes were predominantly brainrot video edits and Accuracy Reenactments.

In the video, Ben is speaking to another man off-camera, saying, "This $3 meal deal is pretty sweet, huh?" The man replies, "It's pretty good," then Ben says, "The Cheetos [are] a $1.79… This is just something to get you by, you know?" The reposted video showed @bens.gym_videos in a Circle K, eating the "$3 Meal Deal," including a fountain soft drink, a bag of Cheetos and a hot dog. He's heard talking to someone off-camera about the meal. Over one month, the repost gained roughly 25,000 likes.
