About
$3 Meal Deal From Circle K, also known as 3 Dollar Meal Deal From Circle K or This $3 Meal is Sweet, Huh? refers to a viral video of a man eating a $3 meal at Circle K, including a soft drink, a bag of Cheetos and a hot dog. The video was posted by Instagram user @bens.gym_videos, also known as Ben's Gym Videos or Bendejo, a Lolcow among the app's fitness community, whose account was deleted in September 2025. The earliest repost of the video was shared soon after, and memes using it surfaced en masse on TikTok and Instagram in October 2025. The memes were predominantly brainrot video edits and Accuracy Reenactments.
In the video, Ben is speaking to another man off-camera, saying, "This $3 meal deal is pretty sweet, huh?" The man replies, "It's pretty good," then Ben says, "The Cheetos [are] a $1.79… This is just something to get you by, you know?" The other man then asks, "Did you have to punch in a code or something?" and Ben shakes his head no.
