About
The "3 2 1 Bang" Handstand Challenge is a trend and internet challenge on TikTok where users perform a handstand by putting one foot out in front of them against a wall, spin around to face away from the wall, then lean over and place their hands on the ground, finally doing the handstand. Each step is done in time with an audio clip of a man counting down from three and then saying "bang." The trend became popularized on TikTok in June 2022.
