On June 22nd, 2024, TikToker^[1] @vivaacappella posted a video of two women doing a vocal warm-up and counting exercise in which they sang a song repeating a string of successive numbers, removing and adding the first number, reading in full, 12345678 2345678 345678 45678 5678 678 78 8." After reaching "8," the sequence reverses back to the original "12345678" sequence. Over nine days, the video received roughly 30.7 million plays and 3.8 million likes (shown below).

Others on the platform started using the original video's TikTok sound^[2] for their content. For instance, on June 22nd, 2024, TikToker^[3] @_asia704 posted a video of himself dancing to the song, gaining over 523,600 plays and 107,700 likes in nine days (shown below, left).

On June 24th, TikToker^[4] @kavo3x posted a video in which he ranked each lyric of the song, gaining over 8.3 million plays and 1 million likes in a week (shown below, right).

On June 25th, 2024, TikToker^[5] @ricklanemusic21 posted a Jersey club remix of the song, receiving roughly 3 million plays and 438,500 likes in six days (shown below, left).
