See The Winner Of November 2024's Meme Of The Month!
And the meme of November 2024 goes to …
…is My New Character! His whole deal is he's a chill guy that lowkey doesn't, ahem, have a care in the world. The now-famous dog with his Kevin James type smirk and his Kevin James type hands-in-pockets pose was first posted by X user @PhillipBankss over a year ago and went viral on TikTok in September 2024 (and even ranked top six in our monthly poll) before going all gas, no brakes in November 2024 and becoming a meme sensation on both TikTok and X. The chillest and most relatable meme of the month has already spawned some knock-offs like Just a Chill Girl and, expectedly, inspired a meme coin that hasn't really moved anywhere since its conception. Over a quarter of you voted for the Chill Guy and crowned him the best meme of November 2024. He probably wouldn't really care.
That Feeling When Knee Surgery Is Tomorrow
Curiously enough, Just a Chill Guy isn't the only November meme that has already been viral some time ago. In the runner-up spot with just over 20.5 percent of total votes is That Feeling When Knee Surgery Is Tomorrow, a catchphrase that first appeared in memes in 2021, got more popular when it was combined with an image of a blue Grinch on Instagram in 2022, and finally became prime brainrot material on TikTok over the past month. Yep, this is definitely that feeling when knee surgery is tomorrow, but tragically that tomorrow will never come.
Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson
Was the much anticipated boxing match between retired former champion Mike Tyson and influencer and YouTuber Jake Paul rigged so that the latter would win? While conspiracy enjoyers say so, we'll probably never know for sure; however, the results are in, and Jake Paul has officially got the upper hand over Iron Mike in a spectacle enjoyed by selected few who had their stream actually loading. Meme-wise, the hype before the fight was more potent than the fight itself, giving us gems such as speculations how fast Mike would crush Paul. And after the dust has settled, jokes about Jake Paul challenging increasingly older opponents were also quite fun. The boxing match between Tyson and Paul takes the third place with nearly 8 percent of total votes.
Luce the Vatican's Anime Mascot
Who's cute, got blue hair and has the power of God and anime on its side? That's right, it's Vatican's very own anime mascot Luce! With a name which literally means "Light" in Latin, the blue-haired mascot in a yellow coat and a holy staff in hand, Luce has brought much needed joy to everybody regardless of whether they are religious or not. Judging by the amount of wholesome and blessed fanart of Luce we've seen, it looks like Catholic Church's attempt to appeal to younger people has been a smashing success. The fourth place on our monthly poll with over 7 percent of total votes is the least Luce deserves!
Queen Never Cry
Wrapping up our top five for November 2024 is the Queen Never Cry baby from The Ki Sisters manhwa, who was born to cry but forced to lock in at the age of approximately 10 seconds. People found young queen's amazing RBF so stupidly funny that it got them checking the manhwa it came from, which has been described as Baki for women. The stoic baby gets fifth place on our poll this month with nearly 6 percent of total votes, and is probably the youngest fictional character to achieve such a feat.
And now for the memes that we don't have the heart to tell that they didn't make it to the top five this month and it's not their fault – in places six and onwards we have TikTok's new spin on "lock in", I Understand It Now (5%), the many facets of The Rizzler (5%), the fantastic redraw reference of Goku and Vegeta in the Rain (4.5%), the minor misunderstandings of I Love Video Games (4%), Peanut the Squirrel, dead but not forgotten (3%), the deadly Sharingan Homer (2.5%), Mouthwashing with its man-made horrors and man-made fan art (2.5%), Trump trapping liberals in crystals (2.5%), the devil in the details of Some Guy, The Guy, a premonition of terrible fate, Mi Tink Mi Gwaan Tek Mi Own Life (1%), the CEO of DEI Solo Polyamorous Hijabi Amputee (1%), and finally, Meme Coins and the pump.fun craze (0.5%).
Thank you for voting and see you next month!

Well I've seen the Chill guy meme a lot in different places so no surprise there, but quite literally how did the hell the knee surgery one get second place with 20% of the entire vote?
These lurkers man, I swear.
