Thank god we actually had a couple of good memes for once (Trump raising his fist and Noko Shikanoko Entering classroom) 2024 has some of the worst memes of any year. 2023 had tons of memorable memes at least.

Charlie XCX's Brat Summer success is insanely well known with anybody even remotely acquainted with today's modern music. Gen Z Boss and a Mini feels more in line with a disappointing 'literally who' meme win.
